The management of INVENT GmbH has been expanded as of 1 January 2025. This will spread the responsibilities of the growing company over a wider range of shoulders and ensure the succession of the company. The management team now consists of the following members
- Henning Wichmann: Previous Managing Director, still responsible for the overall management of the company.
- Dr Fabian Preller: Responsible for technology, product development and innovation management.
- Christoph Tschepe: Responsible for sales, focusing on maintaining and expanding customer relationships and developing new markets.
Fabian and Christoph have been closely associated with INVENT for many years. With their expertise and commitment, they have made a significant contribution to the development and success of the company. Together with Henning, they form an experienced and competent management team that is ideally equipped to lead INVENT into a successful and sustainable future. The expansion of the management team ensures stability, strengthens innovation and creates room for further sustainable growth. INVENT remains committed to its mission of setting new standards in the development and production of lightweight structures for aerospace and related high-tech applications.
